January Pitching Camp

Instruction

Campers will receive fundamental instruction in pitching including timing, sequencing, spin, body position, and drill work.

Camp Staff

The South Alabama Coaching Staff will serve as lead instructors for the camp. Some current and former members of the South Alabama Softball Team may assist with instruction throughout the camp. Additionaloutside coaches may be instructing as well.

January 18th, 2026
Ages 12 Years and Older (Includes 2 Year and 4 Year Transfers) Time: 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Space limited to 3 campers per session. Each pitcher must provide her own catcher. Check in 15 minutes before start of session. Cost: $54 per session ($50 + $4 Fee) REGISTER LIMITED TO 3 PER SESSION NO WALKUPS

What to bring:

Glove
Tennis Shoes
Cleats
Any other Practice Gear you may need.
